This year's convention theme is "Communities Forged Under Fire" representing the long history of not only the Japanese American community's struggles throughout our history but the struggles of many marginalized communities from immigration and colonization to the fight for civil rights and beyond. Using Cadence - 2021 Convention Platform
Cadence is an online event platform that we will be using for the majority of our convention programming. No need to download a specific app for Cadence, you’ll just need to log in to attend the majority* of convention! (Please download the Zoom app on your device for specific plenaries and workshops) Since this is a new platform for everyone, here are some quick learning guides and how-to videos to be able to use Cadence during the convention!
