This year's Youth Conference needs your help to be successful. We need your energy before, during, and after the Conference to ensure it's fluidity.

Because you are donating your time and energy, we won't throw you in the deep end! All volunteers will receive a volunteer orientatioin session (either in person, via webcam, over the phone, or via email) to ensure your success!

As a volunteer, you can:

• Organize participant transporation to and from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport
• Help put together Welcome Bags for participants
• Check-in/Check-out participants
• Become a Chaperon (please visit "Become a Chaperon")
• Set up rooms for events such as the Welcome Mixer, Meishi Exchange, and Sayonara Banquet
• Direct mentors, speakers, and participants to the right place on the Macalester College campus
• General security

HOWEVER, if you can't make it to St. Paul, you can still be a part of this historic conference by:

• Promoting the Youth Conference to youth, schools, churches, organizations in your area (email Ford Fellow Jacqueline Mac at jacl.fellow@jacl.org or marketing materials to start)
• Soliciting sponsorship for the Youth Conference from local, regional, and national businesses (Please visit "Sponsor the Conference" for sponsorship materials you can use)
