While we encourage all participants to register online, participants may also register using PDF files from below to mail in their registration, necessary forms, and payment.

If you need financial assistance to attend this conference, please contact your district youth representative (names are located on "The Crew" page) by sending an email with the following in the subject heading: DISTRICT/LOCATION Financial Assistance.
Example: MDC/Chicago, EDC/Boston, IDC/Boise, etc.

If you register online and are 18+, please fill out (1) the Consent Form and (2) the Behavioral Contract and submit them to the address below.

If you register online and are under the age of 18, please fill out (1) the Consent Form, (2) the Behavioral Contract, and (3) the Chaperon Form* and submit them to the address below. *If you do not submit a Chaperon Form, you will be assigned a Chaperon. If you register by mail and are 18+ please fill out the (1) the Registration Form, (2) the Consent Form and (3) the Behavioral Contract and submit them with (4) a check (made payable to "JACL") to the address below postmarked by May 22, 2009 11:59pm to qualify for the early rate or received by June 6, 2009.
