The Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) will hold its fourth Annual National JACL Gala Awards Dinner, "A Salute To Champions - Honoring Outstanding Women Champions" at the J.W. Marriott Hotel in downtown Washington, D.C. on September 16, 2010.
