PARKING AT SWISSOTEL
All parking at the hotel is through a fee-based valet service with in-out privleges. The rates are listed below:

Alternate public parking can be found at 303 E. Wacker Drive, the building directly west of the hotel. Entry is through Lower Columbus Drive. Exit from garage to Concourse level and it is a very short walk to the Underground Pedway that enters the Swissotel at the Alpine Ballrm level. You can also take the garage elevator to the lobby of 303 E. Wacker and walk directly to the front door of the Swissotel. The rates are listed below:

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION DIRECTIONS
Board at the MIDWAY platform of the CTA ORANGE LINE. Arrive and exit at the RANDOLPH station. Walk NORTH on N COLUMBUS DRIVE and continue onto N LOWER COLUMBUS DRIVE. Turn RIGHT at E LOWER WACKER DRIVE. Total walking distance is about .5 miles. Fare costs $2.25.

AIRPORT EXPRESS (website)
Shuttles depart from Midway airport every 15 minutes for downtown service to Chicago hotels, downtown businesses and near north residential locations. Our airport express ticket counter and loading zone is located at Door 3, lower level across from baggage claim. Reservations from Midway to downtown are not necessary. The last Airport Express van leaves Midway at 10:30 pm seven nights a week. The Airport Express Counter is located at Door 3, Lower Level. NO RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO DOWNTOWN CHICAGO. Different fare levels are available here.

TAXI
Available on a first come, first serve basis from the lower level curbfront of the terminal. Shared ride service is available. There are no flat rates because all taxicabs run on meters. Expect to spend approximately $25 to $28 for a taxicab ride to downtown Chicago. For wheelchair accessible vehicles, please call United Dispatch at 1-800-281-4466.

AIRPORT EXPRESS (website)
Shuttles depart from O'Hare airport every 10-15 minutes for downtown service to Chicago hotels, downtown businesses, near north residential locations, and suburban locations. Our loading zones for boarding the Airport Express van are at Door 1E, Door 2D, and Door 3E across from baggage claim on the Baggage Claim level. At the international terminal we are located just outside Door 1E, which is just outside of baggage claim and Customs. The last Airport Express van leaves O'Hare at 11:30 pm seven nights a week. Airport Express Ticket Counters for purchasing tickets are located at Door 1E, Door 2D, and Door 3F lower level across from baggage claim on the Baggage Claim level. CAR RENTALS
Both O'Hare and Midway airports provide easy access to car rentals.

O'HARE
Primary rental companies are located on the lower levels of Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3. International Terminal 5 passengers can access rental car courtesy boards in the lower level of the terminal to arrange for pickup from rental agencies. The rental car companies serving Chicago O'Hare International Airport include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz, and National.

MIDWAY
The primary rental firms are located in the terminal building and include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Thrifty. Rental cars can be conveniently picked up and dropped off on the second level of the parking garage.
